Gemma Skaczkowski is a Senior Research Officer at the Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer at Cancer Council Victoria. Much of her current work focusses on the AYAPOC study, which is a population-based study examining diagnosis and treatment patterns of AYAs with leukaemia, cancers of the Central Nervous System, bone cancers and sarcomas. In 2016, Gemma received her PhD from the School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Melbourne. Prior to that, Gemma worked for the Cancer Council SA on a variety of projects, including the Australian Secondary Students’ Alcohol and Drug (ASSAD) survey.
